Project Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Project Manager to lead the launch of a one of a kind skincare product classified as a therapeutic good approved by the Australian Government. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and can build distribution, partnerships, and market presence from the ground up. You will take an already-developed base formulation through to market—focusing on execution, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and go-to-market strategy across Australia and international markets. Key Responsibilities Funding & Financial Strategy Identify and support sourcing of funding, including government grants, investor opportunities, and loan options Assist in preparing applications, pitch materials, and financial documentation Stakeholder Management Act as the central point of communication across internal and external stakeholders Work closely with manufacturers (especially content/formulation partners) to ensure timelines, quality, and deliverables are met Coordinate with regulatory consultants, designers, and logistics partners Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with Australian therapeutic goods regulations and relevant international requirements Oversee documentation, approvals, and adherence to legal standards for product launch and distribution Product Development & Execution Manage final-stage product development, focusing on packaging execution and production readiness Coordinate timelines from manufacturing through to launch Distribution & Stockist Development Identify, approach, and secure national and international stockists from scratch Develop wholesale strategies, pricing models, and onboarding processes Build and manage early distribution relationships Marketing & Branding Oversee development of marketing materials aligned with brand positioning Collaborate with creative partners on branding, packaging, and messaging Sales & Offline Growth Drive offline marketing initiatives and early sales strategies Identify opportunities for retail presence, partnerships, and activations About You Proven experience in project management, ideally within skincare, cosmetics, or therapeutic goods Experience building distribution channels or launching products into new markets Strong understanding of regulatory environments (Australia + international exposure highly regarded) Experience working with manufacturers and supply chains Commercially minded with exposure to fundraising or business growth strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, early-stage environment What We Offer Flexible, fully remote working arrangement Casual hourly rate (commensurate with experience and performance) Opportunity to build and shape distribution strategy from the ground up Exposure to international markets and early-stage business growth Opportunity to work on other impactful future projects Company Culture We are building more than just a product—we are creating a way of working where wellbeing, clarity, and sustainable performance are prioritised.
