What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to external services as tools. Instead of copying job listings into a chat window, your AI queries Jobround directly — getting fresh, structured results in real time.

Two tools are available to any connected AI agent:

search_jobs

Search job listings

Natural language query (e.g. "senior Python developer in London, last 3 days"). Returns titles, descriptions, locations, and apply links.

get_suggestions

Autocomplete suggestions

Pass a partial query (minimum 2 characters) to get real-time search suggestions from the live index.
