GTM Engineer
Responsibilities
Identify and scope high-impact GTM problems by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams to understand the full revenue lifecycle—from pipeline generation through implementation handoff to renewal and expansion. Build scalable automation systems by designing and deploying agentic workflows using tools like n8n, Claude API, MCP servers, and other AI-native platforms—integrated with our Dynamics CRM and HubSpot environments. Manufacture tools rather than operate them, creating systems that GTM team members can run independently without ongoing engineering support. Ship tools that people actually use, focusing not just on deployment but on enablement, documentation, and adoption across a global, cross-functional organization. Think architecturally about GTM data, understanding how information flows between systems and structuring schemas that power intelligent automation—from lead attribution across direct and partner channels to customer health scoring. Support our partner and channel motion by building tooling that accounts for the complexity of partner-influenced pipeline, deal registration workflows, and co-selling motions. Experiment relentlessly with new platforms, APIs, and AI-native tools, staying ahead of rapid changes in the ecosystem and bringing what works back to the team.
Requirements
A high-agency builder who can scope problems, design solutions, and ship working tools—while collaborating effectively with stakeholders who may not be technical. Technically fluent and comfortable writing code in Python or JavaScript, building in workflow automation platforms, integrating APIs, and understanding data architecture. An AI-native thinker who defaults to asking how work can be automated and regularly experiments with agents, LLM APIs, and workflow frameworks. A fast learner who can quickly pick up new tools and systems—and who values growth trajectory over current credentials. A systems thinker who sees how components connect across a complex GTM motion and can architect solutions that create compounding value. Pragmatic about build vs. buy, knowing when to leverage existing tools and when custom solutions are worth the investment. An empathetic collaborator who understands that automating work requires communication, trust, and genuine partnership with the teams you’re building for. A strong problem selector who can identify high-leverage initiatives and push back on low-impact requests, even when they come from senior stakeholders. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and structuring your own roadmap within a fast-moving, global organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, HubSpot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, Power Automate, Dynamics 365). Experience with GTM enrichment and automation tools like Clay, PhantomBuster, Apify, or similar. Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, vector databases, or agentic workflows. Background in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or ERP-adjacent industries. Experience supporting partner or channel go-to-market motions alongside direct sales. Comfort working across time zones and regions in a globally distributed team.
Benefits
A hybrid working model - 3 days from the office, 2 days from home. Up to 8 weeks “work from anywhere” per year. A global and customized team onboarding program (9,1/10 rated by previous new hires). Weekly lunch on us (toasties, sandwiches, salads).
