Product & Presales Manager – Business Information (Financial Market)

Role Summary

The Product & Presales Manager – Business Information (Financial Market) is responsible for driving the commercial success of CRIF’s Business Information solutions for banks, financial institutions, fintechs, leasing companies, insurance companies, and other credit providers across Asia. The role connects customers and Sales teams with Product Development, ensuring that financial-market requirements are reflected in product evolution and go-to-market execution. The position focuses on market intelligence, product positioning, commercial enablement, customer adoption, and revenue growth.

Role boundaries: This role is not responsible for software development activities, backlog ownership, sprint management, or technical delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Portfolio Management

Manage the Business Information product portfolio for the Financial Market from a market and commercial perspective, driving go-to-market execution, product positioning, customer adoption, and revenue growth while coordinating market requirements with Product Development teams.Define value propositions tailored to banks, financial institutions, fintechs, leasing companies, insurers, and other credit providers.Support pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies for Business Information solutions.Identify opportunities to expand portfolio adoption across lending, credit risk, onboarding, monitoring, and counterparty-risk use cases.Market Intelligence & Customer Insights

Monitor financial-market trends, customer requirements, competitor offerings, and industry developments across Asia.Identify emerging needs related to credit assessment, underwriting, customer onboarding, portfolio monitoring, early-warning processes, and counterparty risk.Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback to identify product gaps and growth opportunities.Act as the voice of the financial market and build trusted relationships with financial institutions and key industry stakeholders.Product Development Coordination

Collect, structure, document, and communicate business and market requirements.Coordinate with Product Development teams to ensure market needs are clearly understood and considered in product evolution plans.Provide business guidance and commercial insight throughout product enhancement initiatives.Monitor strategic product initiatives and support successful market implementation.Ensure alignment between customer expectations, commercial objectives, and product capabilities.Go-to-Market & Product Commercialization

Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new Business Information products, services, and enhancements for the financial market.Create industry-specific messaging, value propositions, and use cases.Coordinate product launches across Asian markets and drive customer adoption and portfolio growth.Support marketing content and market-awareness initiatives for financial-sector audiences.Presales & Sales Enablement

Act as the subject matter expert for Business Information solutions used by financial institutions.Support Sales teams during customer meetings, workshops, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.Participate in strategic sales opportunities and complex customer engagements.Support consultative solution design for lending, risk, onboarding, and portfolio-management needs.Develop sales collateral, product documentation, competitive analyses, customer presentations, and business cases.Deliver product training and enablement sessions for Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Delivery, Product Development, Data Partnerships, and Regional Management teams.Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and Product Development teams.Ensure product initiatives remain aligned with business objectives, market priorities, and customer expectations.Contribute to strategic planning, portfolio governance, and regional growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Business Information, Credit Information, Banking, Financial Services, Credit Risk, Product Management, Presales, Consulting, or Business Development.Strong understanding of how financial institutions use external business information for credit assessment, underwriting, onboarding, monitoring, and risk management.Proven experience working with banks, fintechs, leasing companies, insurers, or other financial institutions.Experience supporting commercial growth and strategic customer engagements across Asian markets is highly desirable.

Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset.Excellent presentation, communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate customer needs into clear business requirements and commercial opportunities.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.Self-starter with strong ownership, leadership, and execution skills.Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage.

Location & Travel

Regional role based in Asia, with travel across Asian markets as required to support customers, partners, industry events, and internal stakeholders.
